Clark County firefighters were battling a blaze at a south valley house and called in extra resources because of strong winds, officials said.
Firefighters were called shortly before 1 p.m. to the 9800 block of Raven Wing Canyon Court, near Silverado Ranch Boulevard and east of Maryland Parkway, Clark County Fire Department officials said.
Nearly 50 firefighters had responded as of 2 p.m., officials said.
No injuries have been reported, and the cause of fire hasn’t been determined, officials said.
