During a recent interview with CNN about President Donald Trump’s commitment to early campaign promises, Vice President Mike Pence said, “President Trump is a man of his word.”
How are we, the American public, supposed to believe that when he repeatedly stated during the presidential campaign that he would release his taxes, then has refused to do so? “I won the election and the voters don’t care about my taxes; the media is the only one who cares about my taxes,” he said.
Trump doesn’t sound like a man who keeps his word on anything.
