Two arrested in series of Victoria’s Secret heists

Two suspects have been arrested in a series of heists at Las Vegas-area shopping malls, including three thefts the same day at Victoria's Secret stores in June.

Metro Police say they arrested Abel Hernandez-Ali last Tuesday and Alejandro Font-Alvarez the following day on multiple charges including burglary and grand larceny.

KLAS-TV reports they allegedly took more than $5,000 worth of products from Victoria's Secret in Henderson's Galleria Mall on June 20. They're accused of stealing a total of $7,000 worth of goods later that day from the lingerie chain at Fashion Show Mall and Miracle Mile Shops.

They're also accused of stealing $3,600 in clothes from the Banana Republic at Town Square in May.

It's not clear from jail records if they have lawyers or will be appointed one at their initial court appearance scheduled Aug. 28.
