Two adults and two children lost their home in a blaze that caused nearly $300,000 in damage today in North Las Vegas, according to officials.
Fire crews were dispatched this afternoon to the 3300 block of Brazil Street, just west of the College of Southern Nevada's Cheyenne Campus, officials said. No one was injured and the cause was due to an electrical failure.
The Southern Nevada chapter of the American Red Cross was assisting those displaced, officials said.
