I just finished listening to Donald Trump not answering questions at his first news conference of 2017. He did answer one question — that he has no intentions of releasing his tax returns because he has already won and he dosen’t need to show the American public any integrity.
He didn’t bother to discuss the Russian hacking that helped him win the election (or the 400-pound man in his pajamas doing the hacking). Rather, he simply compared our intelligence community to Nazi Germany.
I hate to say it, but like former President Franklin D. Roosevelt said of the Japanese when they attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941, I feel that Jan. 20, 2017, will be a day that will live in infamy.
