Metro Police are asking people to avoid the area of Tropicana Avenue and Boulder Highway as they investigate a shooting.
Tropicana is closed from Boulder to Jimmy Durante Boulevard, police said.
Metro issued the alert about 9:30 a.m. via Twitter. No additional details were immediately available.
