Woman sought in armed robbery at Las Vegas casino

A woman robbed a South Point casino cage Monday night and escaped in a waiting car, Metro Police said.

Officials said the woman approached the cage about 7:30 p.m., displayed a gun and demanded money. The employee complied and the woman was given an undisclosed amount of money.

The woman was seen leaving the casino in an older-model, 2-door gold or brown sedan with a black top and large chrome rims, police said.

No one was injured during the robbery.
