A rendering shows the 55,000-square-foot Peristyle Club, planned for the north end of the facility that features a view of the Las Vegas Strip. In the same area, there’s an eight-story Al Davis memorial torch.

Club level seats at the $1.84 billion, 65,000-seat domed Las Vegas stadium will feature climate-controlled environments, expanded stadium access, and chef-inspired food and beverages, among other luxuries.

And get this: One of the clubs has what could be considered the best views in the stadium — ground level as players enter the field of play.

In documents to be reviewed at Thursday’s Las Vegas Stadium Authority meeting, the Raiders describe the club levels as drawing on the “strengths of the Entertainment Capital of the World” in delivering world-class entertainment and culinary arts.

The stadium will include 120,000 square feet of private club space situated on multiple stadium levels and have access to in-seat services to order refreshments. Also, club seat ticket holders will receive private parking and early-access before games.

Club seat members are required to purchase a personal seat license in addition to their seats. The Raiders have yet to release prices.

There is also a club planned for the lower level sidelines between the 10-yard lines, with wider, padded seating. Also, the proposal calls for two clubs located at field level on the 50-yard line behind both the home and visitor sidelines providing exclusive views of players and coaches as they enter and exit the field.

The 55,000-square-foot Peristyle Club is planned for the north end of the facility by the 85-foot retractable doors that open to a view of the Las Vegas Strip. In the same area, there’s an eight-story Al Davis memorial torch.

Documents reveal the stadium is capable of hosting the biggest events in sports and entertainment, ranging from concerts to the Super Bowl. Club seat members will receive early access to tickets to nongame day events and can utilize the amenities during those events.
