I have been a fan of zombie culture since I watched the cult classic “Night of the Living Dead” in the 1980s. That’s why I jumped at the chance to experience the Las Vegas Strip’s new attraction the Zombie Apocalypse simulation at Adventure Combat Ops.

We cooked up an idea to drink for free and get Sam Harris, Tiffany and Billy Porter to sing for us. We bought a piano on Craigslist and rolled it into the bar one Friday night. We made a flier, borrowed a small sound system and scoured the talent agency’s database.
