The Carnivale du Vin brought together many of the top chefs in the country: Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Mario Batali, Bradley Ogden… most of the big names were at the Venetian this weekend. The Sun caught up with eight of the culinary heavyweights and asked them eight questions, including their take on their signature dishes, restaurant trends, favorite kitchen gadgets, and what they would have for dinner if they had just one last supper to enjoy.

The Clark County School Board on Thursday put off raising prices for most meals by 25 cents, but a request was made to add the item to the agenda for the board's next meeting. With the hike, Jeremy's breakfast would cost $1.25.

Saturday, February 28 was an important night for the Vegas medical community and the food world, when the Keep Memory Alive foundation welcomed the Cleveland Clinic to Las Vegas for "One Time, One Cause," the annual benefit for the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. Siegfried and Roy made an amazing, unforgettable appearance.
