Ole! Chef, author, restaurateur and Emmy-winning TV host Guy Fieri, a UNLV graduate, will open El Burro Borracho in early 2016 at the Rio. Translated as “drunken donkey,” it’s the second Las Vegas restaurant for Guy after his popular Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar.

Celebrity chef and “Top Chef” alumnus Brian Malarkey’s California-inspired, ocean-to-table restaurant Herringbone is set to open at Aria this winter, and Geno Bernardo, who Las Vegas knows from Nove Italiano in the Palms, has been hired to lead the kitchen.
