American singer-actress Cher is presented the Music Control Airplay Award (MCAW) by Victoria van Loan, left, Wednesday Nov. 17, 1999, during a ceremony in Stockholm Globe concert hall. Cher is the only artist this year to have two songs in the top 10 for the accumulated year.
