In 1993 Robert Hays, seen in his parents' home Wednesday, March 28, 2007, was convicted of several counts sexual assault of a minor and sentenced to three consecutive life terms in prison. A federal judge ruled last Thursday that Hays was completely innocent of the charges against him and in fact, had been set up by his ex-wife in order to send him to prison.
