Parker, the son-in-law of a Tennessee couple killed when a package exploded at their home, has been charged with first-degree murder in their deaths. State Fire Marshal's Office spokeswoman Katelyn Abernathy said Parker is also charged with unlawful possession of a prohibited weapon.
