U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrives in Paris, on Saturday, March 29, 2014. After leaving Saudi Arabia the secretary canceled a return to Washington in order to travel to Paris for a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov about the situation in Ukraine. The meeting was arranged during a refueling stop in Ireland en route to Paris.
