Tropicana Village Mobile Home Park

The owners of Tropicana Village, one of the oldest mobile home parks in Las Vegas, has submitted preliminary plans to convert the park into a shopping center with office buildings and a 234-room hotel. New Tropicana Estates, LLC is requesting a Spring Valley master plan-approved zone change from the Clark County Commission, which is the first step in the park’s conversion. Residents in the 418 occupied homes in the park say they are upset about the possibility of having to relocate.
