Team Japan Wins World Pastry Championship

Teams from around the world compete during the Amoretti World Pastry Team Championship at Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada Monday, July 9, 2012. Teams had 13 hours to build their creations and worked until the the last minute. The South Korean team was devastated when the top fell off of one sculpture and another collapsed during judging. The Japanese Team won the championship.
