Substance Abuse Class at Clark County Detention Center

Chelle Reed, center, conducts a substance abuse class inside the Clark County Detention Center on Thursday evening. The program has become very popular with inmates and currently has a growing waiting list for attendance to the weekly meetings that focus on developing positive personal goals, and avoiding the cycle of negative consequences, among other topics.
