Robert Rolain talks about his wife Linda who just passed away after brain surgery in May and wasn’t able to recover. She should have had surgery much sooner but, due to the problems on the exchange, she wasn’t able to receive insurance until mid May. Also, Brittanie Margettes is certain that the flaws and glitches in the exchange have kept her from enrolling, forcing the family to spend thousands of dollars on filling her prescriptions.
