Jessie Vargas of Las Vegas defeats Khabib Allakhverdiev of Russia to take the WBA super lightweight fight at MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday, April 12, 2014. Vargas took the title by unanimous decision. Allakhverdiev was previously undefeated.
