  1. Actually it's a Good idea, to have people ride without helmets, we call that "Natural Selection"

  2. They should be allowed to ride without a helmet provided they pre-pay the neurosugeon.

Anybody that would want to ride a bike without a helmet needs their head examined anyway!

  3. Maybe that is an approach to reducing water consumption. Maybe they should require a 100,000 dollar deposit when you buy a motorcycle to pay for part of your care when you scramble your brains. If you don't need it, they could put a check in your coffin or among your ashes.

  4. Freedom of choice.

  5. Freedom of choice is lovely until I have to pay for the police and fire departments to go out and collect unhelmeted motorcyclists with a stick and a spoon. The only people who want motorcycle riders to be able to go without a helmet played football without a helmet.

  6. The Law was originally passed to stop Hell Angels etc. at the Stateline an coming to LV,however, they soon figured out to have a helmet in toll.Motorcycles are known as donor machines with the Hospital staff everywhere. If you ride be sure to have insurance to pay for your funeral and help your family when your gone.Helmet or no helmet must be left to the individual, recommending one for freeway cruising at high speeds.

  7. Only if the second part of the bill has a rider that states that only the responsible parties are financially on the hook for expenses if a rider is sans helmet.
