Why is this so difficult. We need to review, even audit all aspects of the State of Nevada and it's spending. We should know all the spending before we remotely think of a new tax burden.

You need to FIRE the writer of this headline for misleading the very public of which you rely upon to buy this rag so that Fido can go to the bathroom....SHAME ON YOU. At what point in time does the newspaper become irrelevant because it cannot be trusted by it's readers?
