We should just charge the cops a "sir" charge for driving their cars when they're not on duty. We could just garnish their wages for it.
WOW! An investigator makes almost $80,000 a year plus $40,000 in benefits?! You need to let him retire early and hire a newbie with barely any experience for a quarter of the price. We don't need competent, seasoned people to work or train incoming people.
Work at home program? Uh no. Those people need to punch a clock not fake a time card.
The four-day work week isn't a bad idea. Better procurement practices are good as well. They're the only good ideas in that missive.
PS - someone should tell him that Titus isn't the Senate Minority leader anymore.

Here here for public transportation alternatives. Expand the monorail, add the light rail and get that maglev to Anahiem up and running.
I have to agree that community policing is the best way to go especially in a city like Las Vegas. The cops should be happy with expanded digs at the current City Hall.
If they want more communication between the "top brass" they should invest in telephones, video conferencing, and online options to keep in contact. It would save a ton of money on fuel expenses.
