Like a lawyer you try try to turn this to race, religion or economic discrimination or political ideals. Then you try to categorize abortion as a "typical" medical procedure, like treating the flu. You attempt to obscure reality. The issue is this; some ob/gyn believe a fetus to be a human. With their knowledge of human development I wouldn't argue. I imagine its as if when they see a pregnant woman they see TWO patients. They cannot rationalize disposal of one of the two patients for the convenience of the other.

If a woman has a right to choose shouldn't her doctor?

You can rationalize all you like. Everyone has a right to refuse to do something that they find absolutely morally wrong. Doing so is worthy of respect, not criticism. Least of all by a member of the legal profession.

Perhaps my comment struck a nerve because everybody knows what I'm talking about.

Are we supposed to be surprised that there is nothing a lawyer won't do for money?

This is a great idea because gas will only get higher.
