I have to assume that their legal bills are quite hefty as i went to a lawyer about unethical/illegal gaming practices and the lawyer pooh poohed me and was afraid of Las Vegas Sands legal backing..but did spill the beans that they were involved in some kind of partnership with authorities because of previous scandals.You cant be working with the authorities running a loose ship like this to try an bait the "bad guys".your still out of compliance.

The Wynn Resorts does know how to run top notch facilities.The competitors across the street have to lie to their team members about bloated irrelevant false numbers to try and motivate their people in believing they are even in the same category.
The Wynn has a plan and sticks to it,people question it, but somehow it always works out for Wynn.What he touches is gold, or money in the bank so to speak.Surround your self with competence not yes men and you too may prosper in these tough economic times.

The plan of cutting comps and amenities for its players is only the beginning.80% of its player base doesn't get comps that really hurt their budget.Its the "high rollers" who shelled out cash sometime it the vague past but now are maintaining high level premiums by simply downloading their hundreds of thousands of credits of free play and rolling that over to maintain player status and also using this "fake" money to use as right offs with win loss statements at the end of the year.Its an evil hand shake and both win .. the player gets some money and right offs and the casino gets what looks like a high amount of play even tho zero cash has been put into the machine.They have been brain washed that handle pulls is what counts...how about real money in, with each handle pull.
