Las Vegas beauty Jessa Hinton, who is a strong contender for 2012 Playboy Playmate of the Year after being featured as Miss July, is predicting that there’ll be a Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Manny Pacquiao fight in 2012. As a Top Rank TV commentator who interviews many of the boxers, Jessa was interviewed this week by NBC Sports.

The blonde bombshell who is the model for her own line of Affliction swimwear and a Victory Poker Tour interviewer, was asked if she could reveal any secrets about Manny: “Everybody’s been talking about the Mayweather fight, and to the best of my knowledge, it will be happening sometime next year. I’ll bet that it is.”

Jessa added: “Manny’s a quiet guy who sings a lot, but he’s also probably the toughest guy alive. … I like his softer side. He’s really soft spoken, a gentleman. He really cares about his fans and will talk to as many people as he can, and that’s something I really respect about him, and that’s why he’s one of my favorite boxers.”

ANNABELLE MOOVES TO CAESARS: It’s been quite a cross-country journey for Old Homestead Steak House’s trademark cow Annabelle, who arrived at Caesars Palace this morning in time for Thursday’s opening of the New York City outpost on the Strip. Annabelle really mooved on her westward journey after her Times Square departure.

She stopped at the Lincoln Memorial, then under the St. Louis Arch, was in awe of Mount Rushmore and took in the historic sights of the Alamo. The celebrity cow, which perched two stories above the entrance of the Manhattan restaurant for more than two decades, will greet diners here for two months and then return home.

COSMO’S POP-UP CHAPEL: Another only-in-Las Vegas item! A new pop-up wedding chapel at he Cosmopolitan will offer faux weddings where couples can try out an impromptu mock marriage for just 24 hours. Officials will let couples tie the knot legally or just for fun with three packages, each with a 20-minute ceremony. The $80 Hitched in a Hurry includes two cans of Sofia Coppola pink champagne, while the $125 On a Whim features a six-pack.

The Going to the Chapel includes the bottle. Each comes with photo booth snapshots and Space Eraser rings from a bubblegum machine. My pal artist Jerry Misko has painted a souvenir Vegas backdrop at the chapel, which opens Dec. 28. If you want to make it a legally binding union, add $90. Group weddings are available for additional fees.

NO ACE FREHLEY SHOW: KISS rocker Ace Frehley has canceled his Feb. 3 solo show at Chrome Showroom in Santa Fe Station because of an undisclosed injury, but he promises to fulfill the date later when he’s fully recovered.
