Reality TV star Holly Madison and boyfriend Pasquale Rotella hosted a baby shower at chef Carla Pellegrino’s Meatball Spot in Town Square on Saturday, and contributing photographer Denise Truscello was as the South Las Vegas Boulevard hotspot for a photo gallery.

Madison was absolutely glowing in a purple-and-white dress and picture perfect, while Rotella kept it casual in a blue plaid shirt. She enjoyed one of the decadent milkshakes while posing for photographs and celebrating the any-moment-now birth of their first baby.

Attendees included former “Peepshow” cast mate Josh Strickland, former “Holly’s World” cast mates Laura Croft and Claire Sinclair, the 2011 Playboy Playmate of the Year, plus, Alex Acuna, James Garrett, Todd DuBail, Tanya Popovich (ravishing in red) and ravishing redhead Tara Palsha.
