Hotel mogul Steve Wynn and his wife Andrea will host a glittering, all-star turnout for her new Asian restaurant Andrea’s in the Encore on Wednesday night.

Our beloved “Pawn Stars” stars Rick Harrison, Corey Harrison and Austin “Chumlee” Russell will rub shoulders with supermodel and 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl Kate Upton, “Twilight” actress Ashley Greene, “Extra” host Maria Menounos, actress and model Stacy Keibler, actress Krysten Ritter and local darlings Holly Madison, Arianny Celeste and Claire Sinclair all walking the red carpet.

“The Lord of the Rings” actor Elijah Wood is the guest DJ. Stacy’s significant other, George Clooney, launched his tequila Casamigos at Andrea’s last week.

COLD SNAPS: I can’t believe that I’m filming an “Absinthe” spoof video in the freezing weather at Caesars Palace today as tourists snap photos of the frozen fountains. We’re re-creating the opening of the erotic, acrobatic circus show with a red-carpet procession of its performers.

It’s a short Strip Scribbles today as I just returned from San Francisco filming “Cook Taste Eat” with chef Michael Mina; it was just as cold there! Michael has agreed to throw his 20-course Gamut dinner that’s winning raves in the Bay Area at his restaurant in the Bellagio and will be here next week to plan.

DJ BATTLE: Top global DJs are battling for the title of Red Bull Thre3style National Champion. Although the world finals aren’t until December in Toronto, the first sub qualifier is tonight at Lavo in the Palazzo. DJ Hollywood hosts, and local competitors include Ikon, Mark Stylz, Karma, Scene and C-LA.

Meanwhile, rapper T-Pain has been named resident DJ at Haze in Aria and debuts Jan. 26.

‘COUNTRY’ TRIBUTE: “Country Superstars” has moved to V Theater at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops, and each show will feature four tribute performances with a rotating cast saluting Tim McGraw, Reba McEntire, Brooks & Dunn, Willie Nelson and more.

ACE OF CAKES: The Food Network star Duff “The Ace of Cakes” Goldman leads an adult-cake decorating class for Las Vegas Food University at Caesars in March.

STAR SURVEILLANCE

Singer Keri Hilson flew in from Thailand and dined at Yellowtail in the Bellagio before performing at nearby Bank. Also at Yellowtail and The Bank: Jayceon Taylor, aka The Game, who arrived on his custom tour bus with wife Tiffany and 30 friends.

2013 Miss America Pageant co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet of “Dancing With the Stars” and family dined at Fix in the Bellagio after the telecast; she enjoyed lobster tacos and a Grey Goose martini.

Her co-host Chris Harrison of “The Bachelor” joined Luke Goss to watch twin brother Matt Goss at Caesars.

MTV stars Beau Mirchoff and Brett Davern, now filming Season 3 of “Awkward,” watched “Fantasy” at the Luxor.

  1. What a country. Only in America can garbage men like the people from "Pawn Stars" be treated to Vegas royalty. Do they even use silverware?
