For reality TV star Holly Madison, it was the dream Disneyland wedding she’d always wanted as a princess wearing a $500,000 diamond tiara.
For photographer Denise Truscello, who captured these exclusive wedding photographs: “It was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen and photographed. It was so romantic and, yes, it was a fairytale wedding.”
It was Sept. 10 when Holly, 33, married Pasquale Rotella, 39, the founder of the Electric Daisy Carnival and her boyfriend of two years. Since the ceremony and festivities in Anaheim, Calif., the couple have poured over the photographs and now released their favorites for Vegas DeLuxe readers.
Two hundred guests witnessed their exchange of vows, with “Holly’s World” co-stars Laura Croft and Claire Sinclair (star of “Pin Up” at Stratosphere) and “The Girls Next Door” co-star Bridget Marquardt among the bridesmaids.
Holly, whose credits included “Peepshow” at Planet Hollywood and “The Girls Next Door” and “Holly’s World” on E! Entertainment, told US Weekly, who had the original photo rights: “The couple’s 6-month-old daughter Rainbow Aurora was a mini bridesmaid!”
We reported on June 24 Pasquale’s proposal to Holly atop a Ferris wheel at his annual and successful Electric Daisy Carnival at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. A week earlier, she told me that they’d set Sept. 10 as the official wedding date.
Then on Sept. 11, I reported the wedding details, with Holly and Pasquale showing their marriage license. The ceremony and dinner was held alongside Blue Bayou at Pirates of the Caribbean in New Orleans Square at Disneyland.
Guests enjoyed Pirates of the Caribbean and watched “Fantasmic.” The 1:15 a.m. wedding-cake cutting took place at the New Orleans Square fountain, and a second white-layer cake was set up at Haunted Mansion and served beside Rivers of Adventure that guests were encouraged to experience.
Disneyland was closed to the public earlier in the evening so that Holly, Pasquale and their wedding guests could enjoy it in privacy. Holly wore a white strapless ballgown with a blue sash tied in a big back bow. Cast and park characters in 1930s costumes, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Donald and Daisy Duck, took part in the activities.
Holly told me last week: “It was the happiest day of my life. It was everything I dreamed of for so many years — and then some. I couldn’t be happier. Life is wonderful.”

Catering to the young and modern crowd, Planet Hollywood is a one-stop shop for entertainment with its massive shopping mall, slew of restaurants, spacious casino and clubs.
The ambiance of the casino is retro-chic meets high-tech with black granite floors throughout and colorful LED lights throughout the space. The theme carries into the 100,000 square-foot casino with 250 flat screens topping off slot machines. The casino is also home to 87 tables, a sports book and a poker room.
There's also the Miracle Mile Shops, one Vegas' largest malls, with 140 stores including BCBG Max Azaria, bebe, Urban Outfitters and The Discovery Channel Store.
Following an afternoon of shopping, guests can satisfy their appetites at one of the gourmet restaurants in Planet Hollywood, like the non-traditional approach to steakhouses at Strip House or check out the exotic Far East motif at KOI restaurant and lounge. And if guests are still looking for more, they can spend the after hours at Privé, Triq or Krave nightclubs.
Perhaps one of the resorts biggest attractions came in March with the addition of "Peepshow." The naughty twist on the story of Little Bo Peep is modern-day spin on the run-of-the-mill Vegas topless review. The "Peepshow" stage has seen visiting celebs like Scary Spice Mel B, "Dancing with the Stars" Kelly Monaco and Playboy's Holly Madison.
