Newlywed reality TV star Holly Madison has launched Holly Madison Diet geared toward pregnant women and new moms. The new diet is designed to fit her own food preferences and healthy lifestyle, with her handpicked recipes to offer a balance of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats, along with her favorite workout regimens.
I’m going to talk later today with Holly about her new marketing venture for the As Seen on TV brand of eDiets, but meantime visit HollyMadisonDiet.com for more information. She has personalized meal plans and recipes designed for maximum weight loss for moms to have a healthy lifestyle while nursing or hoping to lose unwanted pounds after pregnancy.
As a new mom to baby daughter Rainbow Aurora, Holly offers tips and guidelines for pregnant women and new moms who want the best nutrition for themselves and their babies. As a nursing mom, Holly knows it’s the quality of the calories that matter for breastfeeding women.
She plans to soon release a mobile app allowing users to choose dishes that meet dietary guidelines, making it easy to dine out and stay on track. In addition to nutritional products available at eDiets Shop, Holly plans to launch a series of Holly Madison Diet-branded nutritional products and supplements such as smoothies and protein bars.
“As a new mom who is consistently working and traveling, I needed a revived lifestyle plan that would help keep my energy up and my weight down,” she explained. “Like me, many women today find it difficult to eat right when they are constantly on the go and pressed for time. This diet of mine is designed to help women stay engaged, energized and on track to feel and look their best.”
