The Season 3 debut of “Celebrity Wife Swap” airs next Tuesday on ABC when in the premiere episode, two Hollywood dynasties join together for the first time. The partners of actor Daniel Baldwin and music legend Jermaine Jackson from “Rocktellz & Cocktails” at Planet Hollywood swap lives for one week.
Daniel’s former girlfriend, Isabella Hofmann, lives in the Hollywood Hills with their 17-year-old autistic son Atticus. After struggling for a decade with drug addiction, Daniel is now sober and working on rebuilding his relationship with Isabella and Atticus.
Meanwhile, Jermaine and his wife, Halima, live a privileged life with their prized show dog, Fiji. That is where any similarities end. When Isabella arrives at the Jackson home, the glitz and glamour, as well as the racks and racks of clothing, endless pairs of shoes and infinite bottles of perfume, blow her away.
Meanwhile, Jermaine’s wife experiences a surprise of her own when she sees her swap home’s modest size compared to her own grand estate. Throughout the week, each of the women experience what it’s like to live in each other’s shoes, including managing hectic schedules, scrubbing pots and pans and cleaning up after messy, indulgent dinners.
“Celebrity Wife Swap” finds two women from celebrity families, each with opposing values, who trade households, lifestyles and children (but not bedrooms) in the weeklong challenge.
In the first part of the exchange, each woman moves into the other’s home and agrees to follow a manual of “household rules” written by the departing woman, including how to parent, manage their social life, do house work, unwind and more. Everything changes in the second half of the week when the swap participants take charge and introduce their own set of new rules.
At the end of the week, the two couples reunite. In an honest and highly charged exchange of views, they make frank assessments of each other's lifestyle and discuss their experiences.
The following Tuesday, April 22, you’ll get a peek into my lifestyle. Since I’m determined to remain a bachelor, I asked my longtime very good friend, actress Joan Severance, to take on the role. She wound up as the new woman in actor Eric Roberts’ life, and his wife, Eliza, became the woman who for a week thought she could tell me what I was missing and needed.
My work here in Las Vegas is a constant whirl of glitz and glamour, and Eliza shocked me with the fact she hasn’t worn lipstick, high heels or an evening gown over the past 21 years.
You can imagine our clash of cultures as I took her to Wolfgang Puck’s Cut at Palazzo all dressed up for dinner and a night on the Strip when she turned around and took me to an off-Strip diner. The outcome is confrontational and hilarious.
Our third Las Vegas couple swapping will be breakthrough television I’m not permitted to yet reveal, but one couple is a resident headliner and his wife, and the other pair, being in a gay marriage, will push censor limits.

Perhaps one of the resorts biggest attractions came in March with the addition of "Peepshow." The naughty twist on the story of Little Bo Peep is modern-day spin on the run-of-the-mill Vegas topless review. The "Peepshow" stage has seen visiting celebs like Scary Spice Mel B, "Dancing with the Stars" Kelly Monaco and Playboy's Holly Madison.
