Happy Easter Weekend, everyone! Viva Las Vegas — it’s also a rockabilly pin-up party weekend, plus a lot of music high notes.
The Strip plays host to Foster the People and Phil Lesh, the founding member of The Grateful Dead whose current projects also include Furthur, while Tyler Farr takes care of country.
All eyes will turn to Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend at the Orleans with pin-up pageants, vintage striptease shows, concerts and cars from yesteryear. 2012 Playboy Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair from “Pin-Up” at the Stratosphere will be there signing autographs.
Las Vegas bodybuilder Jay Cutler presents his annual Desert Classic at Pearl at the Palms, where muscle men and posing princesses push the boundaries with their bulging biceps.

Foster the People, the three-man group who found fame with “Pumped Up Kicks,” is at Boulevard Pool in the Cosmopolitan with Young & Sick.
Phil Lesh & Friends are at Brooklyn Bowl in the Linq all weekend, with Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue in the late-night slot.
Storm Large is at Cabaret Jazz in the Smith Center.
The Robert Cray Band is at Cannery.
The Bronx Wanderers are at South Point all weekend.
Nashville Unplugged features Matt Warren at Sunset Station.
Nekromantix is at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay.
Citizen Cope and Tiger Army are at Vinyl in the Hard Rock Hotel.
Sham B Soul is at Veil Pavilion in Silverton Casino Lodge.
Hard Rock Rising’s Vegas Finals is at Hard Rock Live! on the Strip.
The debut of Jim Belushi and his improv Chicago Board of Comedy is at the Venetian for two nights.
Gabriel Iglesias is at the Mirage for two nights.
Comedy duo Kim Thomassen and Gust Alexander, aka The Stagebenders, join Joel Lindley and David Gee at the Improv in Harrah’s all weekend.

Holly Madison’s speakeasy 1923 Bourbon & Burlesque has its soft preview opening for cocktail and cigar service — but not the stage shows — at Mandalay Bay.
The Gershwin musical “Porgy & Bess” wraps its eight-show run at the Smith Center all weekend.
Tickets are on sale for Pepe Aguilar at the Pearl on Sept. 12.
Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend continues at the Orleans all weekend. Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum hosts several events, including the Miss Viva Las Vegas Pin-Up Contest, the custom car show, tattoo parlor and bowling all to raise funds for Honorable Recharge serving combat veterans.
First Friday presents “Nacho Libre” to kick off the Cinema in the Circle 2014 Series at Huntridge Circle Park at sunset.
Hook Jaw Net Radio celebrates its sixth anniversary on air at Rockhouse in the Venetian/Palazzo with past guests, including Jaymes Vaughan from Chippendales at the Rio, singer Maren Wade and Mark Shunock from “Rock of Ages.”
Lil Jon is at Encore Beach Club.
The Bikini.com pop-up shop opens at Palms Pool.
