“Rock of Ages” at the Venetian star Mark Shunock realized his goal of $10,000 at his third edition of “Mondays Dark” at Vinyl in the Hard Rock Hotel on Monday night.

Mark is aiming to raise $100,000 for local charities with the monthly shows by year’s end. Mark hosted the red carpet and the show to benefit the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

“Mondays Dark” No. 3 featured Melody Sweets (“Absinthe” at Caesars Palace), Cheaza (the now-closed “Peepshow” formerly at Planet Hollywood), “American Idol” Season 3 finalist Jasmine Trias with her magician singer boyfriend Ben Stone and cast members from “Evil Dead: the Musical” at Planet Hollywood, “Million Dollar Quartet” at Harrah’s, “Jersey Boys” at Paris Las Vegas and “Raiding the Rock Vault” at LVH.

Plus, actor Adrian Zmed, who raced over to Vinyl after meeting up with longtime pal William Shatner in his one-man show at Smith Center for the Performing Arts. Adrian and William co-starred on TV’s “T.J. Hooker.”
