Rockers created their own fireworks on the Fourth of July in downtown Las Vegas as pyrotechnics lit the night sky over the Las Vegas Strip and Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson.
Papa Roach, P.O.D. and Lit took to the 3rd Street Stage on Fremont Street for the Rock of Vegas summer-concert series Friday night, and contributing photographer Tom Donoghue of Donoghue photography was onsite for a photo gallery.
Papa Roach is known for their hits “Last Resort,” “Scars” and “Forever”; P.O.D. for “Alive,” “Youth of the Nation” and “Goodbye for Now”; and Lit for “My Own Worst Enemy,” “Miserable” and “Lipstick and Bruises.”
Papa Roach and P.O.D. (Payable on Death) performed at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel last September.
