Las Vegas rockers Adelitas Way release their third album, “Stuck,” on July 29, and the band is previewing their latest work tonight at the new Double Barrel Roadhouse at the Monte Carlo.

Adelitas Way founder and frontman Rick Dejesus answered a few questions via email ahead of tonight’s performance that kicks off at 10:30. (The cover is $18, but guests can enjoy entry and a hosted bar from 9 to 11:30 p.m. for $50.)

What can fans expect from your show at Double Barrel Roadhouse tonight?

To have fun — that’s the most important part when people spend an evening with us. To make sure the energy is high and the night is memorable.

What can fans expect from your new third album, “Stuck”?

It’s a very diverse record with great songs on it. It’s a great escape for people to get away from reality and just get lost in an album. We worked very hard to capture the energy and emotion to connect with our peers.

As a Las Vegas band, what are your favorite places on the Strip?

I love Las Vegas, and I love the Strip. It has a magic about it that makes me feel vibrant and young. I love Town Square, I love CityCenter, I love the whole Strip pretty much. I still drive down it sometimes blasting music with the windows down like I’m 20 again.

And off the Strip?

There are so many great restaurants everywhere off the Strip. It’s the best city for food. I love Lake Las Vegas, as well, but nothing beats Anthem and Henderson. It’s the best place to live.

What’s your secret to staying cool in this desert heat?

Lots of pools. :)

Future plans?

Our new album, “Stuck,” comes out July 29. We want to tour the world on this album, and we want to make our mark as an elite rock band.

Adelitas Way takes the stage at Double Barrel Roadhouse at Monte Carlo tonight at 10:30 for a one-hour set. Doors open at 9 p.m.
