Rockhouse at the Venetian celebrated its first-anniversary VIP party Tuesday night with a turnout of Strip entertainers and VIPs, but all eyes were on 2014 Miss Nevada USA Nia Sanchez, who wowed the crowd.

Nia told me that she’s eagerly awaiting today’s announcement from Donald Trump of where the 2014 Miss USA Pageant takes place in June.

“I hope it’s here in Las Vegas, but now maybe Miami or the Bahamas,” she whispered.

Celebrities signed Rockhouse’s pop art-inspired celebrity wall, and guests enjoyed booze-filled baby bottles, rode the mechanical bull and ate appetizers, including tacos and sliders.

Also at the celebration: Jeff Timmons and his Men of the Strip, UFC star Frank Mir, Mark Shunock and his Venetian headliner “Rock of Ages” cast members, cast members from “Fantasy” at the Luxor and UNLV mascot Hey Reb riding Rockhouse’s bull.
