Brooklyn Bowl at the Linq celebrated its official grand opening weekend with two performances by Elvis Costello on Saturday and Sunday nights and three by The Roots from Friday through Sunday evenings.
Thanks to Denise Truscello of WireImage for her photo galleries of The Roots and Elvis Costello at Brooklyn Bowl, a three-level, 80,000-square-foot music, dining and bowling megaplex that is larger than Marquee in the Cosmopolitan.
Brooklyn Bowl owner Peter Shapiro and executive chef Bruce Bromberg were among the attendees over the weekend.
Check back Wednesday for a report from Brooklyn Bowl’s VIP/media night Sunday evening by yours truly that includes a new photo gallery, Elvis Costello and The Roots, bowling and dining at Brooklyn Bowl.
A tease: I loved the fried chicken with homemade habanero sauce made with carrot juice.
