Bomb Demonstration

On Thursday, the FBI held a bomb demonstration at Nellis Air Force Base north of Las Vegas to show local agents the different types of IEDs (improvised explosive devices) being used around the world in wars and terrorist attacks. The FBI Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate, Critical Incident Response Group and the FBI Laboratory described how the various bomb/explosive devices were made, then detonated them, demonstrating their destructive power.
