  1. For Nevada and for Henderson, I want the Gators' marching band to know how proud and excited our state is that they won this honor. My wife and I were driving by GVHS the other day and saw them practicing. We whooped and hollared. This is a pride that will live with them a lifetime. GO GATORS!

  2. I second that fremmasmind! Whooo hooo!!!! Go Green Valley!!!

And as a close friend of Ali Schafer's, I want you to know she will be ecstatic and beaming with pride when she finds out about this!!!

I'm off to tell her right now!

  3. I want to commend the band and every contributing gator to your success. It is a huge honor to march and no one deserves it more than Green Valley. The entire staff really contributes to GVHS being one of the top public schools in the nation. GV's success shines through in every way: athletics, leadership, education, and of course our outstanding performing arts program. Well done!
