A federal judge has called Righthaven's tactics in suing to protect online content not just flawed but dishonest. And now, the company suing on behalf of the Las Vegas Review-Journal is in danger of losing more of these cases and exposing its client to expensive counter claims. What in the world where these guys thinking? We ask Righthaven's chief executive officer. Plus, is Byron Georgiou shipping jobs to China? That's what Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and labor leaders want you to think as they try and know Georgiou out of the race to clear the way for Congresswoman Shelley Berkley.
