Michael Regan is a champion for environmental justice. With over 20 years of experience advocating for environmental issues, he is also the current head of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. His experience, combined with his commitment to protecting our planet, makes him the perfect pick for leading the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
If confirmed, he will also be the first Black man to head this department. President Joe Biden’s nomination of Regan shows his devotion to not only addressing environmental policy but environmental racism as well.
I support Regan’s nomination. I would love to hear from Sens. Jacky Rosen and Catherine Cortez Masto about their support as well.
