As fuel prices speed up, so do drivers. It must delight these many drivers that increased pollution hits the warming air, as well as having their costs going quickly out the exhaust as they speed to the red light.
Sadly, accidents and pedestrian deaths have increased. For the 60% who do have vehicle insurance, that means increased financial coverage.
