Sadia Morrison, a New York woman involved in a February 2007 melee at a local strip club that left a Las Vegas bouncer paralyzed, was sentenced to a probation term of three years.

In District Court this morning, a New York woman was sentenced to a probation term of three years for her involvement in a February 2007 melee at a local strip club that left a Las Vegas bouncer paralyzed. Co-defendants Adam "Pacman" Jones of the Tennessee Titans and Robert Reid of California were not in attendance.

In December, Jones, Reid and the New York native, Sadia Morrison, pleaded no contest, but their roles in the melee have yet to be clarified.

"There was a lot going on that night," said Morrison's attorney, Robert Langford. "It turned into a fight."

Morrison preferred to remain quiet today, but District Court Judge Michael Villani noted that she did not seem contrite or remorseful for her involvement -- whatever that was -- in the melee during the NBA All-Star weekend.

Responded Morrison: "I am sorry for what happened that night."

Morrison's outfit today reflected her mood: subdued. She wore dark clothing - a stark contrast from her December arraignment, when she had bleached blond hair and flourescent-colored finger nails.
