Criss Angel turns 41-years-old today and he’ll celebrate the landmark tonight with his new girlfriend, Holly Madison.
Forty-one isn’t all that monumental of an age but it is interesting because Angel is now half the age of Madison’s other high-profile (former) boyfriend, 82-year-old Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner.
Madison and Hef split earlier this year after a years-long romance.
The blonde bombshell recently moved out of the Playboy mansion’s master bedroom and into her own condo in L.A. – not that she’s there all that often. She has been spending much of her time in Las Vegas ever since she and the Mindfreak magician went public with their romance.
While the two denied their romance early on, they have been publicly dating for seven weeks now.
“Madifreak” recently returned from a two-day getaway to Disneyland.
"I’ve never been to Disneyland in my entire life, never, ever, ever, ever, never," Angel said before the trip. "I’ve always wanted to go but I just haven’t had the opportunity."
The duo returned to Vegas Thursday night, however, and both are ready to party.
The couple was born 12 years and four days apart – Madison will celebrate her 29th birthday on Dec. 23 – so tonight’s soirée is being billed as a joint birthday bash for the pair.
But because even bad boy magicians have to work on their birthdays, Angel won’t go to his party until after the second performance of his Cirque du Soleil show, “Believe,” lets out.
The birthday boy is expected to make the long trip around midnight from his theater, across the Luxor casino floor and down the stairs that lead into the gothic-inspired nightclub.
Madison’s former housemate and “Girls Next Door” co-star, Bridget Marquardt, will also make her way to the VIP section at LAX tonight.
“It’s going to be really, really good,” Madison said. “We’re just excited to be there with our friends.”
Madison will see another former friend and house bunny on Saturday when the third and final “Girls Next Door” co-star, Kendra Wilkinson, will join her and Marquardt at an autograph signing session at Caesars Palace.
The mini-reunion was arranged as part of a promotional event for the new “Girls Next Door” book that was released earlier this week.
