Girls Gone Wild’ founder doesn’t get to go

A federal judge filed a ruling late Wednesday rejecting a motion to release "Girls Gone Wild" founder, Joe Francis, from a jail in Reno where he is awaiting a trial for tax evasion charges.

While Francis' lawyers claim that his detention is preventing them from preparing for the upcoming trial, being released from jail means that Francis could be picked up and sent to Florida to face charges related to filming underage girls during spring break in 2003.
