Adelson on Ferris wheels

In an interview with Bloomberg TV Monday at the Venetian, Las Vegas Sands Chairman Sheldon Adelson said he doesn't think Caesars Entertainment's new High Roller observation wheel is going to do well and he doesn't plan to ride it. Click here to watch that part of the interview.

In a separate video clip, Adelson said there is no reason for online gambling. "Why don't we legalize prostitution? It's happening all over the place anyway. Why don't we legalize drug addiction? It's happening all over the place anyway," he said. "Wherever we can control it, we should control it. Those kinds of things, sins. The sin activities should be controlled. ... There is no reason, nor any compelling reason, to put a casino in everybody's pocket." Click here to watch that part of the interview.

In a third interview segment, Adelson talked about what his life is like as one of the richest people in the world, his business in Asia and his legacy. Click here to watch the interview.
