High School Basketball Picks: Week 2

The game everyone has been waiting for all season caps this week of high school basketball action.

Bishop Gorman and Coronado face off at 8 p.m. Friday at Cox Pavilion for a meeting of the state’s top two programs airing live on ESPNU. It’s got a lot to live up to considering the teams’ last showdown, which saw Bishop Gorman win 70-67 on a 3-pointer from Noah Taitz in the final seconds. And Las Vegas Sun sports editors Ray Brewer and Case Keefer find themselves on different sides.
