Assembly Speaker Barbara Buckley has sent a letter to Gov. Jim Gibbons with a panoply of ideas to cut the budget. They include avoiding education cuts, using unclaimed property, collecting unpaid taxes, ensure furlough savings and more. She also has long-term solutions, including expanding (not cutting) full-day kindergarten.
Is everyone sure she is not running for governor?
