Philadelphia 76ers’ Joel Embiid, left, and New York Knicks’ Michael Beasley battle for position during the second half of an NBA basketball game, Monday, Dec. 25, 2017, in New York. The 76ers defeated the Knicks 105-98.

We’ve entered the fourth season of the annual South Point-lined Play of the Day competition, effective July 1.

Starting bankrolls have reset to $10,000, with the maximum bet being to win $1,000 and the minimum wager $300. A participant's failure to place a bet on their scheduled day results in a $200 bankroll penalty.

Ray Brewer won back-to-back titles in the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons, after Taylor Bern prevailed in 2014-15.

Philadelphia 76ers moneyline at plus-105 at Boston Celtics: $300 to win $315

Don’t declare the last remaining conference semifinals as over quite yet. Despite falling into a 3-0 hole, Philadelphia isn’t done.

The 76ers adjusted in game 4 and came out with a comfortable 103-92 win over the Celtics to keep the dream of the Eastern Conference finals alive. There’s no reason to believe they’re not capable of the same tonight at TD Garden.

Most importantly, the price is right to entice a bet on them to claw back into the series. Going into the matchup, it was almost inconceivable that Philadelphia would ever be an underdog in any game.

I’m still not certain it should be, given Boston’s depleted roster. The Celtics schooled the 76ers in Game 1, but the next two games were extremely close and could have gone either way.

Philadelphia was overpriced to lay 5 points in Boston to start the series, but there hasn’t been enough evidence to prove the line was 6 points off as tonight’s Celtics minus-1 spread implies. The 76ers should show as much tonight.

Current Standings: Keefer (33-26-1, $11,616), Granger (17-16, $10,059), Brewer (25-27-1, $5,370), Grimala (14-21, $4,565)
