Sake Night at Kabuki

This summer, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant at Town Square introduces a “Sake Night” series hosted by Yuji Matsumoto, the only Master Sake Sommelier in North America. Guests can enjoy hand-crafted sake cocktails created by Matsumoto and participate in a sake and food pairing, with dishes prepared by Executive Chef Masa Kurihara. Matsumoto will also offer sake tips and explain its history while guests will have the chance to win prizes by partaking in a blind sake tasting.

*There will be two tastings nightly at 6:30 and 8:30
